A learning management system (LMS) is a software platform used to deliver, administer and track online training programmes.
Your LMS account details shall be sent to you via email, as soon as you have registered for your chosen qualification.
Once logged into the LMS and your chosen qualification, your LMS resources shall be located within your programme of learning. In addition to the LMS resources you shall also receive a free textbook related to your line of study, e.g. teaching, assessment, quality assurance etc. You can choose whether this is a soft or hard version.
You have the option to either submit your assignments through the LMS platform or email directly to your assessor. Guidance is available within the LMS should it be required.
You can view your written feedback within 2 working days of your submission. If you require additional verbal feedback, you just need to contact your assessor.
You can contact your tutor directly within the LMS system using the chat function, alternatively your assessor can be contacted by email, video call or telephone.
All submissions made by our learners shall be reviewed within two working days.
